Near-eye Display for Augmented Reality

I have only been working on one project this month so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet.

Near-eye Display Progress

I have a near-eye display design that I’m working on so I purchased a microdisplay to test it out. The microdisplay I purchased doesn’t have an HDMI connection so I figured I would just solder one myself. To do that I’m following Mañolo’s tutorial to wire an AV2HDMI adapter to a FLCOS so that it has an HDMI input. After this I’ll be able to test the near-eye display design and troubleshoot any issues with it.

Wrap Up

Once I get a functional prototype I’ll make another post to show the design.
